I don't think anyone needs to apologise for discussing the shell vote - it surely is of signal interest to geographers everywhere. Speaking of which... I am wondering how many other overseas members of the IBG-RGS, like me, didn't get to vote? I cannot say why I was never sent a ballot form, but I will be taking it up with the London office.
