Thanks to all those who have helped me to identify and find a copy of Malvezzi`s treaty and canonisation. The Heidelberg University Library is in hold of "Tractatus universi iuris", so I was able to use the text, which is short compilation of different commentaries on canon law (t. 14, f. 97r-103v) with some interesting remarks concerning my research.
