Okay, okay, so I goofed. My apologies. Again.
I tried mailing this last week, but I seemed unable to spell the word
mailbase, and so it was sent back. Now it appears I can't get my years
straight. :-)
Please read 1997 for my downright incorrect 1996.
For those worried, I don't vet these on my own; others, who are more
competent (ie, the Programming committee), make sure I get things
right.
