For example, rather than <META NAME="package" CONTENT="(TYPE=begin) Dublin Core"> we put <META NAME="package" CONTENT="(TYPE=begin) Dublin Core 0.2"> or <META NAME="package" CONTENT="(TYPE=begin, VERSION=0.2) Dublin Core"> or... (Note: version number and syntax for the package container tags up for discussion).
