Steve, Another great resource is a book edited by Plantinga, called (I think), _The Ontological Argument_. It has all the relevant texts: excerpts from the _Proslogion_, Gaunilo, Anselm's response to Gaunilo, Kant, etc. It includes Malclom's essay on the argument - so far as I know, the most recent philosophical work in support of Anselm. Of course Heidegger's critique of onto-theology raisea whole new range of issues (c.f. "Ontotheology to Excess" in a recent issue of _Theological Studies_).
