Today marks the publication of the first "issue" of the
*Electronic Bulletin of the Dante Society of America*.
>From this time forward, those interested will find the
*EBDSA* at the home page DanteNet, reachable as
follows:
http:\\www.princeton.edu\~dante
The *EBDSA* publishes short (ca. 1000 words) analyses,
queries, and announcements dealing with Dante and his
work. Information on the conventions for submitting
such material for publication are available at that
site.
The first issue contains the following notes:

*Purgatorio* 5.117 Lino Pertile
*Purgatorio* 20.128 John Scott
Now that it is in operation, the *EBDSA* will not
publish at specific intervals; new material will simply
be added as it is accepted for publication.
