It took about 4-5 hours of training, after which I could dictate most letters into my word processor or enter clinical notes into The Next Generation Clinicasl Notes but even my two finger typing was faster (especially with the autoexpanding keywords). The memory and speed overheads were unacceptable. Now I tend to load it only to demonstrate it. Maybe the new version has more to offer with less overhead?
