I would totally disagree, this is what i've been fighting for for over
five years.  If you consider the system from a object oriented
perspective all you are talking about are characteristics of the
client.  Clinical / administrative / resource / financial etc. data
should all be derived from the client entity.

 What l presume you mean it that you do not see the  point of sharing
administrative data?
