Why do we keep on doing this when we are already underpaid for what we do.? I started a new pactice from scratch 1 year ago and decided on the level and quality of services I was prepared to offer. I will not be increasing that range until I feel that I am being adequatly reimbursed. If a patient doesn't like what I offer then he/she is at liberty to find another GP. I can't be doing too much wrong as my list size has increased from Zero to 1400 in 12 months.
