There is a bed crisis in London - nothing to do with the teaching
hospitals

I've read it - where's Christmas?
It *does* seem to involve the destabalisation of the present structure
of general practice.
Ewen, would *you* advise me to make any commitment to investment in my
practice until the future is more clearly defined?
