Aren't a lot of our present problems due to two systems divides by a
common language?
Take "confidentiality". DOH definition seems to be as in "commercial
confidentiality" - BMA as in "patient confidentiality". Not the same
thing..
Suggestion on "Primary Care Led NHS" - DOH "get all GPs to function as
total purchasing fundholders, without paying any management allowances."
this has the advantages (to the department) of being cash neutral, and
laying all the blame for underfunding at the doors of the "purchasers".
er anyone any ideas how the new pilot schemes - salaried GPs, employed
by all sorts of organisations, even Unichem(accordiing to one freebie),
- would fit into this?
Where *did* I put my guide on early retirement?
