I think having the ability to alert users of a recent update within the
"chapter" - ie gynaecology would be useful, but the update automatically
overwrite the text - so what you read is always the most up-to-date
version.

If the user "logs on" we are discussing the possibility of recording the
pages read and getting PGEA points automatically??
