We try to be paper free. While no 'flag' is kept of wether a claim has
been sent there is a computer record of the entry that generated it. The
IOS software keeps a record of claims sent but this is not within VAMP
Medical but on the DOS box used for transmissions.

double data entry sounds like double entry book-keeping, a rather
Victorian habit! Surely.
