I don't use them in the office except to roughly gauge the accuracy for home users, by comparing their output to my mercury sphygs. I do find them useful to check for office or "white coat" hypertension, and often won't treat mild hypertensives unless they are consistently greater than 15O/9O at *home* and in the office.
