I'm sorry but I think that is almost certainly not so and is just a
feeling that GPs have.  Any real data out there?  My guess is one or
so a week, and if you exclude the silly ones (i.e. the ones really
designed to get you to think about a new drug and its indications),
probably half that.  My practice manager 'guesses' one or two per
week for the whole (5 doctor) practice.
