Hi everyone,

Interested in a new PR role? We're recruiting for a News and Media Officer to join our small, friendly team at the Academy of Medical Sciences. If you love science and health communications, this could be the perfect job for you!

We're looking for a talented writer and team player who can hit the ground running in a busy environment. Media experience and the ability to communicate complex information in an accessible way are key.

What you'll be doing:
📰 Creating newsworthy and compelling content for journalists
📞 Responding to media enquiries
🤝 Collaborating with colleagues, researchers, patients and partner organisations

What we're looking for:
🗣️ Ability to communicate complex information in an engaging way
✏️ Excellent writing skills
📈 Media monitoring and evaluation experience
