For my master’s thesis I need to normalize several PDw-MRIs from different subjects to a MNI template. For this I would like to compare the quality between first creating a DARTEL template or normalizing the MRIs directly to the MNI template.

Is there an automatic way to assess and quantify the quality of the normalization? Or is there a standardized procedure?
