Dear SCARF users,

We are now inviting contributions towards the 2022-2023 SCARF report which will demonstrate the use of SCARF over the past 2 years. It will be published as an STFC technical report and will be made available both on-line and in print.

Please include anything covering the period from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2023 inclusive.

The NEW deadline for submissions is Friday 28th June 2024 and we are asking for any or all of the following:

(a) A brief summary of your work (no more than one page please), with eye-catching colour pictures if possible

(b) A list of publications of work done using SCARF

(c) A list of presentations/conferences attended where you discussed work done using SCARF

(d) Anything else you think might be interesting!

Note: Please ensure that any images you wish to include are of as high a resolution as possible. We produce a number of hard copies of the SCARF annual report to show at exhibitions and conferences and for visitors to read so high quality images are required for the printing process.

The last published report is available at:

https://www.scarf.rl.ac.uk/_static/docs/STFC-TR-2023-001.pdf

Your contributions to the report are very important as they demonstrate the scientific impact SCARF has had throughout the year, which in turn helps to justify both the ongoing development and the continued operation of the service.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Many thanks,

Phil Pavelin
SCARF Systems Administrator
