Instats is pleased to present a new 2-day seminar
Linear and Nonlinear Regression with Continuous and Categorical Data,
running March 18 - 19. Taught by former professor and chair Ronald
Landis, this comprehensive workshop will equip PhD students, professors,
and professional researchers with the knowledge and skills needed to
effectively use linear and nonlinear regression models in their
research, with continuous and categorical data as either outcome or
predictor variable. Participants will gain a deep understanding of a
variety of techniques and issues, including statistical interactions
(moderation), indirect effects (mediation), missing data, and
categorical predictor coding techniques. The workshop supports R, Jamovi
and Excel, so participants will learn how to apply these methods in
readily available and even free software packages.
