Good Morning,
Please see below, two orders of business requiring attention from the SUIG groups:
- Julie Ramsay, SUIG chair has asked me to canvas the wider SUIG mail base to identify a volunteer to help project manage the upcoming Scotland House (London) event. It is proposed that
this event will take place in May/June this year, so a volunteer is urgently required. Arrangements are still at a very early stage, with a meeting arranged for 9-9.30am next Thursday 22nd February with Ela and David at Universities Scotland to
take discussions and arrangements forward.
- We are still looking for someone to take over the role and responsibilities of SUIG secretary. I have stepped in on an interim basis to assist Julie as this role was vacant, but this
role should be covered by a member of SUIG. The role won’t take up too much time, but will involve setting up SUIG meetings (around 3-4 per year), minute taking at these meetings and some ad hoc emails such as this one.
If you are interested in getting involved with the project or the SUIG secretary role, please reach out to me directly on
[log in to unmask] as soon as possible. Many thanks in advance.
Best wishes
