Public book launch event to mark the publication of "Sisters in Arms" (orig. "Drei Kameradinnen") by the prizewinning German writer, Shida Bazyar.

In a compelling in-conversation event, immerse yourself in the world of "Sisters in Arms", an explosive feminist and anti-racist novel by acclaimed author Shida Bazyar. Joining the discussion is Ruth Martin, a distinguished translator with a rich background in German literature. The event will be chaired by Sarah Hemens, Director of "New Books in German".

In cooperation with Scribe UK and the German Section at the University of Cambridge (Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages and Linguistics).
