weekly developers and software sessions. Hackathons welcome new reconstruction issues and better documentation - currently being tackled en:mass - and use cases. Discord site is open for ideas.

Visualisation and Quantification of Tomographic Datasets: 08-09 February 2024 –
3Dmagination This very popular course highlights the growing need to extract reliable information from 3D
datasets. The training is organised in two parts: theory (0.5 day) and computer-based practical works using the Thermo Scientific™ Amira-Avizo Software 3D (1.5 day). At the end of the second day, the users are invited to practise on their own dataset with
the help of the trainers
Advanced Scripting and Batching of Tomographic Datasets: 08-09 April 2024 – 3Dmagination Take
your skills to the next level and register for this course which focuses on how to develop Python scripts and plugins in Avizo. You will practise on real case studies and learn how to automate a workflow on multiple images, transform Avizo objects into Numpy
arrays (and vice versa), extend Avizo functionalities with powerful Python tools such as Simple ITK, and develop your own plugin. The training is organised in two parts: Python scripting in Avizo (1 day) and development of Avizo Python module (1 day). At
the end of the second day, the users are invited to practise on their own dataset with the help of the trainers.
