Good Morning,

 

As discussed at the last SUIG meeting, I have stepped in on a temporary basis to assist Julie Ramsay as secretary for SUIG. We are now looking for someone to take on the role on a more permanent basis, as per the guidelines of the constitution this role would be for a period of 3 years and would require assisting Julie (SUIG Chair) and Mike (SUIG Vice Chair) with scheduling the SUIG meetings, taking minutes for those meetings, disseminating any relevant SUIG emails/information, management of the SUIG Jisc mail lists (both the SUIG named contacts and the wider SUIG lists) and any other ad hoc work required by Julie and Mike.

 

I am looking to hand this role over in the new year, so could I please ask for any EOI’s to be submitted to me by Friday 22^nd December. We can look at the EOIs in the new year and if required, will put this out to the group to vote.
