It is with sadness I write to inform you of the death of Emeritus Professor George Leonard (Len) Jones. From 1963-1979 Len lectured at Cardiff University. In 1979 he was appointed to a chair in German at Aberystwyth, where he remained until he retired in 1998.
The funeral is in Carmel Chapel, Llanilar, near Aberystwyth, on December 23 at 11.30.
