Dear SPM community,
I am using SPM mainly with EEG data and found that when using the spm_eeg_spatial_confounds() function with the mode set to ’SVD’, the function does seem to take into account bad channels,
but not bad trials.
Is there a specific reason for this behaviour which I don’t see?
