Please can anyone recommend a tried and trusted large material to use for a sheet that conference delegates can write messages / sketches / doodles on? It needs to be easily transportable in a suitcase, budget-friendly, not too absorbent (so that felt / marker pens do not bleed too much), as smudge-proof as possible and easy to write on. It is likely to be spread on a table to make it easy for participants, and because we are not allowed to hang things on the venue’s walls! I am hoping for a size of at least 2m wide and 1m+ high. It is likely to be held up by people on a stage for photographs.
