School of oral history and public history in the metropolitan landscape of Rome *MEMORIES AND IMAGINARIES OF CORVIALE | 16-18 JUNE 2023* Registration is now open for the 2nd School of Oral History and Public History in the metropolitan landscape of Rome to be held in Corviale from 16 to 18 June 2023. The School is organised by AISO - Associazione italiana di storia orale in collaboration with Laboratorio di Città Corviale, Circolo Gianni Bosio, Sapienza Università di Roma, Università degli Studi Roma Tre. The initiative is part of the third mission project "Paesaggi di confine. Working models for a participatory narrative" promoted by the SARAS Department of Sapienza University of Rome. The school, which will take place in the Corviale neighbourhood, is proposed as an opportunity for training on oral history practices and public history approaches. The programme includes interdisciplinary lessons, geo-explorations and workshops. The aim is to provide participants with methodological and interpretative tools to read the neighbourhoods of the contemporary city from a historical perspective, using (also) oral sources. Among the expected results is the elaboration of participatory narratives to be returned to the neighbourhood, starting from the interviews and documentary materials that will be collected in the field. *ENROLLMENT* The school is open to anyone, but is particularly addressed to postgraduate and PhD students, researchers, architects, teachers, librarians, archivists, journalists, cultural operators, scholars of the territory.
