Hello!
Yes, the same issue here, though I have devised a temporary work-around!
If you head to Browzine, and search for a journal they don’t have indexed – listed in the ‘Journals available outside of BrowZine’ section – and click on this, it will take you to a working version of the Journals A-Z.
I don’t know why it works, but at least it does!

Hi All
We have been experiencing problems accessing Journals A-Z (via OpenAthens / My Resources / EBSCO) since last week.
I have reported it to EBSCO, but wondered if it was a local problem or wider. This is the message I am getting.
