The Bodleian Libraries, University of Oxford are seeking to appoint a Bibliographic Training
and Development Librarian. This full-time role is based in
Collections & Resource Description, Osney Mead and is available on a 2-year fixed term contract. The
focus of the role is to design and deliver an ongoing training programme in cataloguing and classification for the Oxford library community. If cataloguing is your passion, join us and teach others to do the work you love!
The
successful candidate will foster
an environment of continuous learning, keeping abreast of international developments in resource description. Support
is available for developing your teaching skills. We are looking for a flexible, proactive colleague who is enthusiastic about meeting the
training needs of the Oxford library community.
