Apologies for the many emails and for any confusion. This will be the last email in this matter to the whole list.

 

Regarding Trinity College Dublin Campus Accommodation only:

 

Please note that availability for Trinity campus accommodation will only appear when you insert the promo code GMS051123. According to the accommodation managers, the site and code are still working correctly. They advise:

 

• [T]o make sure their dates fall within the allotted time frame (in this case 28-31 Aug, 2023), as promo code rates do not apply outside this window.

 

• [T]o make sure [you have] entered the promo code into the relevant field (where it says "Have a promocode?" under the date selection block); we recommend copying & pasting it to avoid typos (fourth digit is a zero not a capital O!).

 

• [You] should also select our Campus location (not Dartry).

 

If you continue to have problems with Trinity campus accommodation booking site only, please contact Margherita and Bernadine at [log in to unmask] with AGS23 in the subject line. They can answer queries solely relating to Trinity campus accommodation online bookings.

 

Otherwise, I have randomly checked both the Harcourt Hotel and The Castle Hotel. They both have availability for the time period in question.

 

To book to Harcourt, however, please note that the 27^th is booked out due to a Notre Dame-Navy game in Dublin. However, the sister hotel next-door is available for that night. As this makes matters a little complicated, the reservation manager has provided a specific booking form for the conference. Please let me know directly if you would like to avail of this.
