That sounds promising,   @Sian  any sign of the proposal from CGI yet?

Once I have an idea I can modify the description a bit if we need to and we can mail that out.

Hi George,

This is great news.

@Blessing Odeleye – thank you for agreeing to the talk.  Can we please could pencil in a quick catch-up, i.e. so I can provide a little more information?  If you suggest your availability e.g. tomorrow afternoon or early next week we can take it from there.

I have included the UCISA teams concerning the event, so they are aware.  The events team will reach out to you separately.

(Once again – thank you both).

Kind Regards,

Jason

Jason,

Blessing has agreed to take part with a talk. Leaving the two of you to decide the details.

All the best,

George

Good morning sir,

Thank you for the opportunity. I am interested in giving a talk at the conference. Also, I am definitely interested in the conference subject “Mesh and Metaverse”.

Hi Blessing, would it be of interest to you to repeat or extend your phd transfer or conference talk at the event suggested below? I see it as an opportunity for practice as you are gradually gearing towards your phd viva next year.

Only if you have time and are available of course.

George

Hi George,

Yes, that sounds very interesting, I would be keen to hear more.  I can be available for a quick chat with your PhD student if that would help.

Hi Jason, I will be on proper leave on that day (offline etc.). Let me check whether one of my PhD students working on cyber security in VR could do a talk. It would be basically a repeat of his PhD transfer talk that he did a few months ago. Would that be useful?

Hi George,

I hope you are well.

Just a quick check to see if you (or one from your team), would be interested in giving a talk with the UCISA community on the topic: "Mesh & Metaverse", (17th Aug).

I can give more information if needs be (please ask).

Thank you in advance for anything you can share.

Kind Regards,

Jason
