Hello,
I installed FSL yesterday and have been able to open the main GUI, but have not been able to open FSLeyes either from terminal or the main FSL GUI. When I try to open FSLeyes from
the GUI, I get the message “sh: /usr/local/fsl/bin/fsleyes: No such file or directory”
When I type “fsleyes” into terminal, it returns “command not found”
So far, I have followed the troubleshooting instructions listed under “commands missing after installation” with no luck. I’ve tried to remove FSL and start over, but when I remove the files, it returns “permission denied”
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
