Hi there,

I'm inquiring about computing the effect size (Cohen's d) of the 4 significant clusters that emerged from randomise via a two-sample T-test.

Someone suggested using --glm_output when running randomise, which outputs COPE, PE, Varcope and Sigmasqr files. I also found the formula "Cohen's d= t / sqrt(N)" but I'm unsure about how to proceed to compute Cohen's d from the 4 output files. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Kind regards,
Layan
