Dear all, Sorry to bother, but I have came across a problem about probtrackx_gpu. My FSL version is the latest, 6.0.5.1, and when I use probtrackx_gpu, it reminds me that "probtrackx2_gpu: error while loading shared libraries: libcudart.so.9.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory". It seems I need cuda 9.1, but my linux system is Ubuntu 21 and there is no version of cuda 9.1 for ubuntu 21. Meanwhile, my cuda version is 11.3 and there is no problem when I use bedpostX_GPU. Thus, is there any solution?
