Hi Aaron,

The fslpython_install.sh script will be directing its output to a log file in your $TMPDIR, with a name that is something like "fslpython_miniconda_installer.log". Would you be able to find that file, and see if there is any useful information contained within?

I just run the command $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh -f $FSLDIR
