I am having trouble with bet command. I am using the unix system on cluster. When I run bet without options it is working fine. But if I have bet with options an error message pops out.

This is my command (I already set the environment varible for fsl).
bet $rest_dir/$anat.nii.gz $rest_dir/T1High_brain -R -f 0.4 -g -0.3

This is the error message
/sw/fsl/bin/bet: line 265: dc: command not found
/sw/fsl/bin/bet failed during command:/28andMe_process/results/01/trial/T1High.nii.gz /JacobLabData/28andMe_process/results/01/trial/T1High_brain -R -f 0.4 -g -0.3

If I use bet $rest_dir/$anat.nii.gz $rest_dir/T1High_brain, no error message.
