Hello, dr_stage2_sub# of Dual Regression generates spatial maps for each subject, with a separate 3D image per component. However, when I open those files, I see a 4D file (the dimensions of the image are 45*54*45*30, I am finding only 30 ICs in Melodic). I have attached a screenshot below. Am I doing anything wrong, or do I need to do anything else to get a 3D spatial map of each component? Also, I read a couple of publications where it is mentioned that the independent components obtained by MELODIC are separated into useful components and noise, by using the FSLNETs clustering tool. For some reason, I am unable to make fslnets work for me. I am using MATLAB academic version, and after editing and running the example.m file of the fslnets in MATLAB, it opens 8 empty windows, and I don't see any of the independent components separated from each other.
