I've attached our summary document for our governance arrangements and in the appendices are the papers I prepared for our board which they then approved. Hope this might be helpful. Good Afternoon All I am hoping for some help and advice. We are in conversation with company who has a private corporate collection that they would like help with in exploring the various options for how to protect the collection from sale or disposal, with the aim of it being housed in a museum in the long term. They are not interested in a regular loan from the company to the museum, as that will not offer enough protection, and have asked me to find out what other options might be open. They could for example form a Trust and the Trust lends the collection, but I was wondering if you know of other agreements, structures or entities are behind collections on loan in your museums? Any help greatly appreciated.
