Dear, Rémi Ruedas. I appreciate for sharing your experience and providing the document. It seems that editing imported .star file so that the file include ‘rlnOpticsGroupName’ is the key I missed. So I if I do Motioncorrection in Relion and perform whatever process in ceyoSPARC, then I can edit start file as you suggested. Do you know if that will work for ‘particle polishing’ too? If the OpticGroup is set to the original Motioncorrection job, would it work ok? It’ll be great if you could share your experience. I’ll try it to trouble shoot too.
