What I am usually doing is exporting the particles form Cryosparc to relion using csparc2star. There is my current protocol (attached file).
Very close to what was proposed by Paul Sauer in a previous discussion ( https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa-jisc.exe?A2=ind2205&L=CCPEM&O=D&P=35078 ), also completed by Piotr Draczkowsk ( https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa-jisc.exe?A2=ind2205&L=CCPEM&O=D&P=35689 ) and other.

I think in your case, you can modify your star file to have more convenient/easy path to your micrograph (using sed). Then reproduce the path using soft link if possible, that was sometimes be a bit tricky for me but usually work.

Hi guys,

I’ve been trying to perform particle polishing for the final particle stack from CryoSPARC. Initially I did Motioncorrecrion from Relion and exported to CryoSPARC. Then I realized that the file names/path are changed when importing particles from Relion and getting errors because of that. Does anyone how to resolve the issue?
