Hi Jane, Don't know if this is the problem but in RefWorks there's "Vancouver" and there's "Uniform....". We always tell our people to use Uniform - my understanding is that Vancouver may not be maintained. Don't know if that would explain the problem. When he changed the style on RCM, the numbers displayed in the citations, but they didn't match the numbering in the referencing list. Is there a quick fix that he can use since his deadline is Saturday? We don't normally support Vancouver.
