Hi Amanda and all,
We had this on University devices – although I don’t remember the last sentence – and it was solved by updating Write N Cite. Because it was University devices we had to get IT colleagues to do it.
Best wishes,
Keith

Subject: Write-N-Cite error messages
Hi everyone,
I have a student using Write-N-Cite. Until the last week or so it was working without issue. Now when they try to login they’re getting these error messages:
No connection – You may be offline
The RefWorks server cannot be reached, so s sync cannot be performed.
You can continue using Write-N-Cite on your local computer and your data will sync when connectivity resumes.
Found at OutputStyleId in the document properties that doesn’t exist in my list of local styles. I cannot proceed. Please contact support.
Has anyone encountered this before? Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks,
Amanda
