Good morning Adrian,
You may be aware of my recent correspondence with Kay Watson the customer service manager at the National Lottery Heritage Fund, regarding a breach of copyright by the St Johnswoodmemories.org.uk website.
Kay was able to confirm that the Westminster City Archive centre were linked to the development of this website, however data protection seems to be hampering matters, and due to the delay in getting to the root of the copyright theft I have continued with my investigation and hence why I have got in contact with you.
The most challenging factor has been that whoever is running this site are hiding behind a generic info email address, and not responding to our correspondence. Regrettably, this problem is not going to go away, and unless I am given a firm answer, a copyright claim will be directed at the City of Westminster archives as project collaborators.
I look froward to your earliest reply.

Dear Sirs,
The purpose of this letter is to advise that an image belonging to the photographer Michael Whitestone has been found published and in use on the https://www.stjohnswoodmemories.org.uk/ website, without permission or license. The image in question was taken of Melina Place.
The attached pdf will take you to the set of images shot, importantly providing you with proof of ownership. Also attached is a screenshot of the offending webpage.
With respect this high-end image on your website is forming a powerful presence by enhancing it, and the creative would very much like to ascertain where you obtained his photograph from.
We take copyright theft very seriously, adopting a zero-tolerance policy because it adversely affects our livelihood.
I shall be providing you with costs to rectify the breach of copyright. In the meantime, I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Yours respectfully,
Helen Whitestone BA (Hons)
