[EXTERNAL EMAIL]
Dear lovely friends and colleagues,
Apologies for any cross-postings but I am writing to you, as someone interested in the Medical and Health Humanities, to let you know about the AMH Christmas Stocking Event I am taking part in this Thursday December 16th,.  Come and join us for a fireside (imaginary, but bring a glass of something real or cuppa!) discussion between members of the Association for Medical Humanities who have all brought out health humanities books this year. There will be plenty of space for further discussion with participants and Q & A.
The event is online and free, but you need to register.
Can I ask you to share widely with any contacts or lists you have who may be interested in joining us for a pre-Christmas canter through topics ranging from the hidden case of aristocratic trans man Ewan Forbes, (Bestseller’s non-fiction book of the month), to Casanova’s jargon free overview of patient experience and medical practice during the eighteenth century and a transdisciplinary exploration of the experience of chronic pain and ways in which images can improve the communication that happens around it.
It would be really lovely to see some of you there.  Details, flier and signup link below.
With all warmest wishes for a safe and happy Christmas,
 Deborah
