There was a similar case to this recently which was fixed by opening Word using the Rosetta option, as detailed here:-

Subject: Endnote and Mac CWYW issues

 

Hello

 

Has anyone had problems recently with using CWYW on a Mac? Even though students have downloaded the plug in correctly, when they open up Word, even though the CWYW toolbar is there,  they were unable to see anything when they selected a style from the word style drop down selector, including the option to select another style. This happened on a number of Macs yesterday afternoon so I wondered if anyone else had experienced this?
