Dear all,

I'm scoping out methods for collecting residential address/postcode history from an existing UK cohort. I'm aware of various approaches, especially other cohorts that have implemented the lifegrid approach. Berney and Blane (2003) is a useful methods primer, although the approach here would be online/paper survey and not interview-based.

Before I start reinventing the wheel, I wondered if anyone can point me toward any practical 'how-to' resources for collecting address history by survey? Or if anyone has actually done this and would be willing to share e.g. survey items, that would be amazing. I've searched UKDS question bank etc. and haven't been able to find anything.

Thanks a lot
All the best
Ben
