A few years ago we used www.videoboothsystems.com<http://www.videoboothsystems.com> to collect oral histories at St Fagans National Museum of History, this was in the form of a mobile booth which you could brand and came with a locked down touchscreen with a user friendly questionnaire complete with record button. This was a temporary instillation over a weekend, but the ability for it to be a permanent fixture is possible too. The quality of results were good. It was able to handle our bilingual requirements happily so different languages isn’t a problem. The booth was in our busy atrium and here were no issues with noise distraction once in the booth.

Hello everyone,
Perth Museum and Art Gallery are looking for a solution to collecting oral histories, and wonder if any case studies could be shared? We'd also like to share some ideas with you.
1.) Is there a good app that can be locked down that can have a custom message, and recording button.
2.) What microphone solutions would suggest for a gallery with a bit of an echo?
