The University of Leicester’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team are currently recruiting for an Equality Charters and Data Officer.
This is a fixed term post, job share and part time working (minimum 0.7 FTE) will be considered. Please see attached for further details.
This role will support and coordinate the University’s work towards achieving and progressing key equality charters and benchmarking activities, including Athena Swan, the Race Equality Charter and Stonewall Workplace Equality Index.
The post holder will collect, analyse and present equality data for key activities such as gender pay gap reporting and equality impact assessments. Working with key stakeholders, the post holder will provide tailored advice, support and guidance and support departments across the University to implement effective initiatives and activities.
