I hope you are all well and looking forward to a well-earned rest over the Christmas period.

 

We are looking to pull together a modular programme aimed at our management tier – we are hoping to take a “pick and mix” type approach where we will offer a number of bespoke sessions which our managers can choose to attend, selecting the sessions more appropriate to their current needs.  We are hoping to source recommendations for trainers/facilitators who specialise in the following areas to enable us to use different people who are excellent in their field to deliver instead of using one provider to deliver all aspects.  The audience will range from professional services line mangers, to Programme Leaders to Associate Deans (who may want to brush up on certain areas) – so quite broad really.

 

So, my question is do you have any recommendations or experience of working with training providers/consultants in the following areas please:

 

-        Agile Working

-        Value based leadership – to build resilience, impact, motivation and improve decision making

-        Leading cultural change – using process, theory and models to explore team dynamic and elements of effective teams

-        Developing skills and behaviours required for collaborative working, exploring the role of EI to build effective working relationships

-        A facilitator who could help our managers to reflect on their management practices in light of remote working and develop those practices (managing remotely/work-life balance)

-        Building trust and relationships

-        Managing in challenging times
