I removed the EndNote details from the stanza in EZproxy and the issue no longer occurs in our EZproxy resources.

Dear all,

Has anyone come across the following issue when accessing EndNote tab or exporting to EndNote Web from an EZproxy URL off campus?

Application Blocked

Access to the application you were trying to use has been blocked in accordance with company policy. Please contact your system administrator if you believe this is in error.

There is no issue on campus or if using a VPN or a Shibboleth URL.

Our EZproxy stanzas for Endnote is up-to-date

I have tried a few amendments to the EndNote OCLC stanza, but it hasn’t made any difference.

Any advice, would be much appreciated.
